JR線
JR Line from Central Gate(for Shibuya Scramble Square & Shibuya Hikarie)
中央改札(3階 渋谷スクランブルスクエア(渋谷ヒカリエ) 方面)を出て、エスカレーターで2階に降ります。ヒカリエデッキを渡り、ヒカリエについたら、隣のビル(エスカレーターで1階に行き、左に進むとビル1階「銀だこ」が見えます)へ。
1階「銀だこ」のビルの5階が受け付けです。
Exit through the central ticket gate (3rd floor, towards Shibuya Scramble Square (Shibuya Hikarie)) and take the escalator down to the 2nd floor. Cross the Hikarie deck, and when you get to Hikarie, go to the next building (take the escalator to the 1st floor, and go left to see “Gindako” on the 1st floor of the building).
The reception desk is on the 5th floor of the building with “Gindako” on the 1st floor.

当院は、渋谷ヒカリエの隣ビルにあります。1階銀だこさんのビル、5階が当院の受付です。
Our dental office is located in the building next to Shibuya Hikarie, with the takoyaki restaurant “GINDACO 銀だこ” on the first floor and our reception on the fifth floor.
