How to Make a Reservation
At Sakura Platinum Dental Clinic, we offer 2 convenient ways to book your appointment:
2、LINE Booking
You can make a reservation through our official LINE account.
※LINE is a free messaging app used widely in Japan. (iOS app / Android app)
Note : Same-Day May Be Unavailable
Same-day bookings are often unavailable.
Even if you prefer today, include 2 other dates when sending your 3 options.
1、Online Booking (Date & Time Selection)
①Please fill out the Google Form with the required information and 3 possible dates and times for your visit.
(It only takes about 3 minutes to complete.)
②We will confirm your appointment by email — usually within the same day, but no later than 48 hours.
Note: Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a「Confirmation」email (not the auto-reply).
2、LINE Booking
You can also make a reservation through our official LINE account.
1: Add Us on LINE
For PC Users: Scan the QR code with your smartphone to add us as a friend.

For Smartphone Users:↓Tap the image below to add our line account.
2: Add as Friend

Tap “Add” to include “Sakura Platinum Dental Clinic” in your LINE contacts.
Tap “Chat” to open the message screen.
3: Appointment Request

Send us a message “English”.
You will receive guidance for international visitors.
Please bring with you

・Valid Photo ID
・A valid credit card or cash(Japanese Yen) to make payment
・Travel insurance information, if applicable
Payment options

We do not accept Japanese National Health Insurance.
For your convenience, we accept cash(Japanese yen), and most major credit cards.
Please do not late for your appointment
Cancellation Policy(Reshedule)
11,000 yen fee assessed for every appointment missed or cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, unless there is a reasonable excuse.
If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice after receiving our confirmation email regarding your reservation date and time, a cancellation fee will be charged, and you may be restricted from making future appointments.
If you need to reschedule, we may not always be able to accommodate your request. However, please contact us via the inquiry form as soon as possible once you are aware of the change.
Late Arrivals May Not Be Treated
To ensure smooth treatment, we have set appointment times.
Please arrive on time.
If you expect to be more than 5 minutes late, please contact us by email, form, or LINE (not by phone).
If you are more than 20 minutes late without notice, we may not be able to provide treatment and your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring smooth dental care services.
